Acquisition | JPMORGAN MID CAP INVESTMENT TR | 1st March 2024

In connection to proposals for a combination of JPMORGAN MID CAP INVESTMENT TR and JPMORGAN UK SMALLER COMPANIES INVESTMENT TRUST PLC each shareholder of JPMORGAN MID CAP INVESTMENT TR would elect to receive either cash or stock of JPMORGAN UK SMALLER COMPANIES INVESTMENT TRUST PLC. The default option if no election was made is the stock option. Each shareholder would receive 3.250017 shares of the acquirer for every share held in JPMORGAN MID CAP INVESTMENT TR. Trading in shares of JPMORGAN MID CAP INVESTMENT TR has halted effective 27 February 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• JPMORGAN MID CAP INVESTMENT TR will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of JPMORGAN UK SMALLER COMPANIES INVESTMENT TRUST PLC (JMI.L) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 01/03/2024
