On June 10, 2024, SYRACUSE SERVECO CO made an 13000 KRW cash offer to acquire all the remaining common stocks of JAYSYS MEDICAL CO. On August 13, 2024, The tender offer result came out with the offeror controlling a total of 91.35% percent of the share capital of JAYSYS MEDICAL CO. Since the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive will remove JAYSYS MEDICAL CO from the indices effective on August 22, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• JAYSYS MEDICAL CO will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of JAYSYS MEDICAL CO (287410.KQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
