Due to the acquisition of J ALEXANDERS HOLDINGS by PRIVATE COMPANY (UNLISTED), the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• J ALEXANDERS HOLDINGS will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of J ALEXANDERS HOLDINGS (JAX.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
