Acquisition | IVS GROUP | 2nd October 2024

On April 23, 2024, Lavazza and IVS GROUP announced a tender offer for IVS GROUP at EUR7.15 per share, with the aim of delisting the company. At the end of the acceptance period the offeror controls 98.07 percent of the IVS GROUP share capital and will exercise the Takeover Squeeze-Out for delisting of the IVS GROUP shares. As the free float of IVS GROUP is below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove IVS GROUP from the indices on October 2, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• IVS GROUP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of IVS GROUP (IVS.MI) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 02/10/2024
