Acquisition | ITOCHU ADVANCE LOGISTICS INVESTMENT CORP | 30th October 2024
On 5 August, 2024, MITSUI FUDOSAN LOGISTICS PARK INC announced that it would acquire the common shares of ITOCHU ADVANCE LOGISTICS INVESTMENT CORP through an acquisition offer. Each ITOCHU ADVANCE LOGISTICS INVESTMENT CORP shareholder will receive 0.292 MITSUI FUDOSAN LOGISTICS PARK INC share on the basis of the merger ratio before the Company Split. On 10 October, 2024, the merger was approved at the General Meeting of ITOCHU ADVANCE LOGISTICS INVESTMENT CORP and ITOCHU ADVANCE LOGISTICS INVESTMENT CORP is expected to be delisted and Solactive will remove ITOCHU ADVANCE LOGISTICS INVESTMENT CORP on 30 October, 2024.
The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:
- ITOCHU ADVANCE LOGISTICS INVESTMENT CORP will be removed from the Index.
- The shares of MITSUI FUDOSAN LOGISTICS PARK INC (3471.T) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
