Acquisition | INVOCARE LTD | 6th November 2023

On August 9, 2023 INVOCARE LTD entered a scheme of implementation deed with TPG Global under which TPG agreed to acquire all the shares of INVOCARE LTD for AUD 12.70 per share in cash being the default consideration, inclusive of a fully franked special dividend of up to AUD 0.60. INVOCARE LTD shareholders approved the scheme at a meeting on October 31, 2023. The scheme is expected to be sanctioned by a court at a hearing on November 3, 2023. Last trading day of INVOCARE LTD shares is expected on November 3, 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• INVOCARE LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of INVOCARE LTD (IVC.AX) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 06/11/2023
