Initially announced on February 13, 2025 SEAGATE TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS PLC made a cash offer for INTEVAC INC of USD 4 per INTEVAC INC share held. The tender offer closes one minute after 11:59 p.m. ET, on March 28, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on March 31, 2025. Trading in shares of INTEVAC INC is expected to be halted effective March 31, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• INTEVAC INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of INTEVAC INC (IVAC.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 31/03/2025
