Acquisition | INSIGHT SELECT INCOME FUND | 14th February 2025

Initially announced on October 8, 2024 KKR INCOME OPPORTUNITIES FUND made a stock offer for INSIGHT SELECT INCOME FUND of 1.34709 shares per INSIGHT SELECT INCOME FUND share held. INSIGHT SELECT INCOME FUND shareholders approved the Acquisition on January 15, 2025. The Acquisition was completed on February 7, 2025. Trading in INSIGHT SELECT INCOME FUND shares was halted effective February 3, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• INSIGHT SELECT INCOME FUND will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of KKR INCOME OPPORTUNITIES FUND (KIO.N) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 14/02/2025
