Acquisition | INNOVID CORP | 13th February 2025

Initially announced on November 21, 2024 MEDIAOCEAN made a cash offer for INNOVID CORP of USD 3.15 per INNOVID CORP share held. Shareholders will vote to approve the Acquisition on February 11, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on February 13, 2025. Trading in shares of INNOVID CORP is expected to be halted effective February 13, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

  • INNOVID CORP will be removed from the Index.
  • The weight of INNOVID CORP (CTV.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 13/02/2025
