Acquisition | INFOCOM CORP | 7th August 2024

On 18 June 2024, BLACKSTONE INC announced a tender offer for all shares of INFOCOM CORP, at JPY 6060 per share. The tender offer expired on 31 July 2024, and BLACKSTONE INC received acceptances of 90.75%. As the free float is below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove INFOCOM CORP from the indices on 7 August 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• INFOCOM CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of INFOCOM CORP (4348.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 07/08/2024
