Initially announced on August 19, 2024 GRAN TIERRA ENERGY INC made a cash and stock offer for I3 ENERGY PLC of GBP 0.1043 and 0.0048309178743961 shares per I3 ENERGY PLC share held. Additionally each shareholder is entitled to receive a cash dividend of 0.002565. I3 ENERGY PLC shareholders approved the Acquisition on October 7, 2024. The completion of the event is pending final court approval on October 29, 2024. Trading in shares of I3 ENERGY PLC is expected to be suspended effective October 31, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• I3 ENERGY PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of I3 ENERGY PLC (I3E.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 31/10/2024
