Acquisition | HERSHA HOSPITALITY TRUST | 28th November 2023

Initially announced on August 28, 2023 KSL Capital Partners, LLC made a cash offer for HERSHA HOSPITALITY TRUST of USD 10 per HERSHA HOSPITALITY TRUST share held. HERSHA HOSPITALITY TRUST shareholders approved the Acquisition on November 8, 2023. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on November 28, 2023. Trading in shares of HERSHA HOSPITALITY TRUST is expected to be halted effective November 28, 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• HERSHA HOSPITALITY TRUST will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of HERSHA HOSPITALITY TRUST (HT.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 28/11/2023
