Acquisition | HEROUX-DEVTEK INC | 11th February 2025

Initially announced on July 11, 2024 PLATINUM EQUITY ADVISORS LLC made a cash offer for HEROUX-DEVTEK INC of CAD 32.50 per HEROUX-DEVTEK INC share held. HEROUX-DEVTEK INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on September 6, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on February 11, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• HEROUX-DEVTEK INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of HEROUX-DEVTEK INC (HRX.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 11/02/2025
