Acquisition | GUANGDONG HUATIE TONGDA HI-A | 30th August 2024

On 27 August 2024, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange announced the delisting of GUANGDONG HUATIE TONGDA HI-A. The reason for delisting is due to the closing price of the stock remaining below CNY 1 for twenty consecutive days. The delisting is expected to be completed on August 27, 2024. Since trading of the stock has been suspended from July 26 2024, the stock will be removed from the indices at a price of zero effective on 30 August 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• GUANGDONG HUATIE TONGDA HI-A will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of GUANGDONG HUATIE TONGDA HI-A (000976.SZ) based on deal terms will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 30/08/2024
