Due to the acquisition of GREEN REIT PLC by HENDERSON PARK CAPITAL PARTNERS, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• Green REIT plc will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of Green REIT plc based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 11/15/2019.
