Due to the acquisition of GIMA TT SPA by IMA INDUSTRIA MACCHINE AUTOMATICHE SPA , the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• GIMA TT SPA will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of IMA INDUSTRIA MACCHINE AUTOMATICHE SPA will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 11/05/2019.
