On August 8, 2024, G1 THERAPEUTICS INC announced the tender offer by PHARMACOSMOS GROUP to acquire all of its outstanding common stock with offer price of USD 7.15. The tender offer is scheduled to expire on September 17, 2024. In anticipation of the closing, trading of G1 THERAPEUTICS INC will be halted on September 18, 2024, and then officially suspended from September 19, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• G1 THERAPEUTICS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of G1 THERAPEUTICS INC (GTHX.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
