Initially announced on September 27, 2023 PEOPLES FINANCIAL SERVICES made a stock offer for FNCB BANCORP INC of 0.146 shares per FNCB BANCORP INC share held. FNCB BANCORP INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on March 22, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on July 1, 2024. Trading in shares of FNCB BANCORP INC is expected to be halted effective July 1, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• FNCB BANCORP INC will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of PEOPLES FINANCIAL SERVICES (PFIS.OQ) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
