Acquisition | FILO CORP | 20th January 2025

Initially announced on July 29, 2024 LUNDIN MINING CORP made an offer for FILO CORP of USD 33.00 mix of cash and LUNDIN MINING CORP shares. Based on election results announced on January 15, 2025, FILO CORP shareholder sin respect of which the Cash Consideration was elected (or deemed to have been elected) will receive CAD 27.49 and 0.3937 LUNDIN MINING CORP shares per FILO CORP share held. FILO CORP shareholders approved the Acquisition on September 26, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on January 20, 2025. Trading in shares of FILO CORP is expected to be halted effective January 20, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• FILO CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of FILO CORP (FIL.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 20/01/2025
