Acquisition | EPSILON NET SA | 8th August 2024

Initially announced on August 5, 2024 GINGER DIGITAL BIDCO made a cash offer for EPSILON NET SA of EUR 12 per EPSILON NET SA share held.. The tender offer expired on August 2, 2024. Based on the results announced, the acquirer now holds 95.63 percent of share capital of EPSILON NET SA. As the Free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove EPSILON NET SA giving 2 business days notice.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• EPSILON NET SA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of EPSILON NET SA (EPSr.AT) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 08/08/2024
