Acquisition | ENLINK MIDSTREAM LLC | 31st January 2025

Initially announced on November 25, 2024 ONEOK INC made a stock offer for ENLINK MIDSTREAM LLC of 0.1412 shares per ENLINK MIDSTREAM LLC share held. The completion of the event is pending the approval of ENLINK MIDSTREAM LLC shareholders on January 30, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on January 31, 2025. Trading in shares of ENLINK MIDSTREAM LLC is expected to be halted effective January 31, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ENLINK MIDSTREAM LLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ENLINK MIDSTREAM LLC (ENLC.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 31/01/2025
