Acquisition | ENETI INC | 21st December 2023

Initially announced on June 16, 2023 CADELER AS SPON ADR made a stock offer for ENETI INC of 0.85225 shares per ENETI INC share held. CADELER AS SPON ADR shareholders approved the Acquisition on July 14, 2023. Tender offer results for the offer ending December 14, 2023 indicate shareholder acceptances reached 86.39%. As the free float of ENETI INC is below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove ENETI INC effective on December 21, 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ENETI INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ENETI INC (NETI.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 21/12/2023
