Due to the acquisition of ENERCARE INC by BROOKFIELD INFRASTRUCTURE PARTNERS LP, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices.

Solactive Canada Broad Market Index

• ENERCARE INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ENERCARE INC based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 10/16/2018.
