Acquisition | EAB GROUP OYJ | 6th October 2022

Due to the acquisition of EAB GROUP OYJ by EVLI OYJ, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

  • EAB GROUP OYJ will be removed from the Index.
  • The shares of EVLI OYJ (EVLI.HE) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
  • The cash portion of the transaction will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 06/10/2022
