Acquisition | DYNA-MAC HOLDINGS LTD | 25th November 2024

On 11 September 2024, HANWHA OCEAN SG HOLDINGS PTE. LTD announced that it would acquire the common shares of DYNA-MAC HOLDINGS LTD through a tender offer. Each DYNA-MAC HOLDINGS LTD shareholder would receive SGD 0.67 in cash for every share held. On 20 November 2024, the level of acceptances of the Offer were announced with the offeror controlling 85.43% percent of the share capital of DYNA-MAC HOLDINGS LTD. As the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive will remove DYNA-MAC HOLDINGS LTD from the indices on 25 November 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• DYNA-MAC HOLDINGS LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of DYNA-MAC HOLDINGS LTD (DMHL.SI) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 25/11/2024
