On July 21, 2023 DWF GROUP PLC and Inflexion Private Equity Partners LLP announced they have reached an agreement of a recommended all cash offer by Bidco of 100 pence for the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of DWF GROUP PLC. DWF GROUP PLC shareholders approved the scheme on September 12, 2023. Last day of dealings in DWF GROUP PLC shares is expected to be on October 2, 2023.
The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:
- DWF GROUP PLC will be removed from the Index.
- The weight of DWF GROUP PLC (DWF.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
