Initially announced on April 9, 2023 TAIBA INVESTMENTS CO made a stock offer for DUR HOSPITALITY CO of 1 shares per DUR HOSPITALITY CO share held. DUR HOSPITALITY CO shareholders approved the Acquisition on November 30, 2023. Trading in shares of DUR HOSPITALITY CO has been held immediately on December 3, and will be suspended until the delisting of DUR HOSPITALITY CO.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• DUR HOSPITALITY CO will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of DUR HOSPITALITY CO (4010.SE) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 07/12/2023
