Acquisition | DOMMO ENERGIA SA | 9th January 2023
Due to the acquisition of DOMMO ENERGIA SA by PETRO RIO SA, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:
- DOMMO ENERGIA SA will be removed from the Index.
- The shares of PETRO RIO SA (PRIO3.SA) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
- The cash portion of the transaction will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
- Effective Date (open): 09/01/2023
