Initially announced on March 28, 2024 Title Resources Group made a cash offer for DOMA HOLDINGS INC of USD 6.29 per DOMA HOLDINGS INC share held. DOMA HOLDINGS INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on August 27, 2024. The Acquisition is expected to be completed, with trading in shares of DOMA HOLDINGS INC expected to be halted, effective September 27, 2024. In absence of an active market the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• DOMA HOLDINGS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of DOMA HOLDINGS INC (DOMA.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 01/10/2024
