Initially announced on April 29, 2024 ONO PHARMACEUTICAL CO LTD ORD made a cash offer for DECIPHERA PHARMACEUTICALS INC of USD 25.6 per DECIPHERA PHARMACEUTICALS INC share held. The tender offer closes on June 11, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on June 11, 2024. Trading in shares of DECIPHERA PHARMACEUTICALS INC is expected to be halted effective June 11, 2024. In absence of an active market the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• DECIPHERA PHARMACEUTICALS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of DECIPHERA PHARMACEUTICALS INC (DCPH.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 13/06/2024
