Acquisition | CSR LTD ORD | 20th June 2024

On 26 February 2024, CSR LTD ORD announced they entered into a binding scheme implementation scheme with COMPAGNIE DE SAINT GOBAIN SA for the acquisition of all issued shares in CSR ORD LTD at an offer price of AUD 9 per share, which consists of AUD 8.88 per CSR share and a AUD 0.12 permitted dividend. On 13 June 2024, shareholders approved the scheme arrangement and pursuant to approval from the Federal court on 18 June 2024, the scheme will be effective on 20 June 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• CSR LTD ORD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CSR LTD ORD (CSR.AX) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 20/06/2024
