Acquisition | CROPENERGIES AG | 21st February 2024
On 17 January 2024, SUEDZUCKER AG published the offer document for its public delisting tender offer to the shareholders of CROPENERGIES AG regarding the acquisition of entire share capital of CROPENERGIES AG. Each shareholder will receive EUR 11.5 in cash for every share held. The acceptance period of the delisting offer ended on February 16, 2024. Based on the announcement on February 15, 2024, the acquirer holds 91.9 percent of the share capital of CROPENERGIES AG. Since the free float has fallen below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove CROPENERGIES AG giving 2 business days notice.
The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:
- CROPENERGIES AG will be removed from the Index.
- The weight of CROPENERGIES AG (CE2G.DE) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
