Initially announced on August 12, 2024 TOURMALINE OIL CORP made a stock offer for CREW ENERGY INC of 0.114802 shares per CREW ENERGY INC share held. CREW ENERGY INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on October 1, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on October 2, 2024. Trading in shares of CREW ENERGY INC is expected to be halted effective October 2, 2024. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• CREW ENERGY INC will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of TOURMALINE OIL CORP (TOU.TO) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
