Due to the acquisition of CRAFT BREW ALLIANCE INC by ANHEUSER BUSCH INBEV SA NV, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• CRAFT BREW ALLIANCE INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CRAFT BREW ALLIANCE INC based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 10/01/2020.
