Initially announced on September 28, 2023 SYCAMORE PARTNERS made a cash offer for CHICOS FAS INC of USD 7.6 per CHICOS FAS INC share held. The completion of the event is pending the approval of CHICOS FAS INC shareholders on January 3, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on January 5, 2024. Trading in shares of CHICOS FAS INC is expected to be halted effective January 5, 2024.

• CHICOS FAS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CHICOS FAS INC (CHS.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
