Acquisition | CALIFORNIA BANK OF COMMERCE | 1st August 2024

At a special meeting held on July 17, 2024, the shareholders of CALIFORNIA BANK OF COMMERCE approved a merger with SOUTHERN CALIF BANCORP ORD. Each shareholder of CALIFORNIA BANK OF COMMERCE will receive 1.59 shares of SOUTHERN CALIF BANCORP ORD for every share held in CALIFORNIA BANK OF COMMERCE. The merger is tentatively scheduled to close July 31, 2024. The last trading date is expected to be July 31, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• CALIFORNIA BANK OF COMMERCE will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of SOUTHERN CALIF BANCORP ORD (BCAL.OQ) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 01/08/2024
