Due to the acquisition of BOARDWALK PIPELINE PARTNERS LP by LOEWS CORP, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

Solactive MLP Composite Index

Solactive US Energy Infrastructure MLP 30 Index

Solactive MLP & Energy Infrastructure Index

• BOARDWALK PIPELINE PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of BOARDWALK PIPELINE PARTNERS LP based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 07/18/2018.
