Initially announced on January 31, 2024 AROS BOSTADSUTVECKLING AB made a stock offer for BESQAB AB of 1.0388 common shares and 0.06924 preferred shares per BESQAB AB share held. Tender offer results for the offer ending March 12, 2024 indicate shareholder acceptances reached 96.6 percent. The Offeror has extended the acceptance period until April, 5 2024. As the free float of BESQAB AB dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove BESQAB AB from the indices effective open March 20, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• BESQAB AB will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of BESQAB AB (BESQ.ST) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 20/03/2024
