Acquisition | BALANCED COMMERCIAL PROPERTY TRUST | 15th November 2024

Initially announced on September 4, 2024 STARLIGHT BIDCO LIMITED made a cash offer for BALANCED COMMERCIAL PROPERTY TRUST of GBP 0.96 per BALANCED COMMERCIAL PROPERTY TRUST share held. BALANCED COMMERCIAL PROPERTY TRUST shareholders approved the Acquisition on October 25, 2024. The completion of the event is pending final court approval on November 15, 2024. Trading in shares of BALANCED COMMERCIAL PROPERTY TRUST is expected to be halted effective November 15, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• BALANCED COMMERCIAL PROPERTY TRUST will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of BALANCED COMMERCIAL PROPERTY TRUST (BCPT.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 15/11/2024
