Acquisition | AVID BIOSERVICES INC | 7th February 2025

Initially announced on November 6, 2024 GHO Capital Partners LLP & Ampersand Capital Partners made a cash offer for AVID BIOSERVICES INC of USD 12.50 per AVID BIOSERVICES INC share held. AVID BIOSERVICES INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on January 30, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on February 5, 2025. Trading in shares of AVID BIOSERVICES INC is expected to be halted effective February 5, 2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• AVID BIOSERVICES INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of AVID BIOSERVICES INC (CDMO.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 07/02/2025
