Acquisition | AUGMEDIX ORD | 3rd October 2024

Initially announced on July 19, 2024 COMMURE INC made a cash offer for AUGMEDIX ORD of USD 2.35 per AUGMEDIX ORD share held. AUGMEDIX ORD shareholders approved the Acquisition on September 27, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on October 2, 2024. Trading in shares of AUGMEDIX ORD is expected to be halted effective October 2, 2024. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• AUGMEDIX ORD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of AUGMEDIX ORD (AUGX.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 03/10/2024
