Initially announced on November 2, 2023 RTW BIOTECH OPPORTUNITIES LTD made a stock offer for ARIX BIOSCIENCE PLC of 1.4633 shares per ARIX BIOSCIENCE PLC share held. ARIX BIOSCIENCE PLC shareholders approved the Acquisition on January 29, 2024. The completion of the event is pending the approval on the Second General Meeting on February 12, 2024. Trading in shares of ARIX BIOSCIENCE PLC is expected to be halted effective February 13, 2024.

• The weight of ARIX BIOSCIENCE PLC (ARIX.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
