Acquisition | ARCO PLATFORM LTD | 6th December 2023

Initially announced on August 10, 2023 Achieve Holdings made a cash offer for ARCO PLATFORM LTD of USD 14 per ARCO PLATFORM LTD share held. The completion of the event is pending the approval of ARCO PLATFORM LTD shareholders on December 4, 2023. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on December 6, 2023. Trading in shares of ARCO PLATFORM LTD is expected to be halted effective December 5, 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ARCO PLATFORM LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ARCO PLATFORM LTD (ARCE.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 06/12/2023
