Initially announced on August 28, 2024 TechPrint Holdings LLC made a cash offer for ARC DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS INC of USD 3.40 per ARC DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS INC share held. The completion of the event is pending the approval of ARC DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS INC shareholders on November 21, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on November 22, 2024. Trading in shares of ARC DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS INC is expected to be halted effective November 22, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ARC DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ARC DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS INC (ARC.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
