On November 16, 2024 Spanish regulator CNMV suspended trading of APPLUS SERVICES SA. The suspension is related to the end of the acceptance period for the delisting takeover bid for EUR 12.78 per share. This suspension will remain effective until the definitive removal from trading of the APPLUS SERVICES SA shares. Solactive will remove APPLUS SERVICES SA effective November 21, 2024. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• APPLUS SERVICES SA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of APPLUS SERVICES SA (APPS.MC) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 21/11/2024
