Initially announced on January 8, 2024 JOHNSON & JOHNSON made a cash offer for AMBRX BIOPHARMA INC of USD 28 per AMBRX BIOPHARMA INC share held. The completion of the event is pending the approval of AMBRX BIOPHARMA INC shareholders on March 6, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on March 7, 2024. Trading in shares of AMBRX BIOPHARMA INC is expected to be halted effective March 7, 2024.
