Acquisition | ALTUS POWER INC | 16th April 2025

Initially announced on February 6, 2025 TPG made a cash offer for ALTUS POWER INC of USD 5 per ALTUS POWER INC share held. ALTUS POWER INC shareholders approved the Acquisition on April 9, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on April 16, 2025. Trading in shares of ALTUS POWER INC is expected to be halted effective April 16, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ALTUS POWER INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ALTUS POWER INC (AMPS.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 16/04/2025
