Acquisition | ALTIUM LTD | 22nd July 2024

On 15 February 2024, RENESAS ELECTRONICS CORP made an offer to the shareholders of ALTIUM LTD to acquire all shares in ALTIUM LTD. Under the acquisition, ALTIUM LTD shareholders will receive AUD 68.5 per every ALTIUM share held. ALTIUM shareholders approved the scheme in the scheme meeting on 12 July 2024. The second court hearing will be held at the Supreme Court on 18 July 2024. If all conditions are met and the Court approves the scheme, the effective date of the acquisition will be 22 July 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ALTIUM LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ALTIUM LTD (ALU.AX) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 22/07/2024
