Acquisition | ALPHA FINANCIAL MARKETS CONS | 19th August 2024

On 20 June 2024, the boards of directors of ALPHA FINANCIAL MARKETS CONS and BRIDGEPOINT ADVISERS LIMITED announced that they had reached agreement on the terms and conditions of a recommended cash acquisition of the entire issued share capital of ALPHA FINANCIAL MARKETS CONS. Each shareholder of ALPHA FINANCIAL MARKETS CONS will receive GBP 5.05 in cash for every share held. The board and the shareholders of ALPHA FINANCIAL MARKETS CONS approved the proposal on August 12, 2024. The acquisition remains subject to the Scheme Sanction Hearing which is expected to take place on August 15, 2024. Subject to Scheme Sanction hearing, the last date of trading in shares of ALPHA FINANCIAL MARKETS CONS is expected to be August 16,2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ALPHA FINANCIAL MARKETS CONS will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ALPHA FINANCIAL MARKETS CONS (AFM.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 19/08/2024
