Initially announced on July 21, 2023, ASIA DRAGON TRUST PLC made a cash and stock offer for ABERDEEN NEW DAWN INVESTMENT TRUST subject to proration. ABERDEEN NEW DAWN INVESTMENT TRUST shareholders approved the Acquisition on October 23, 2023. On November 8, 2023, ABERDEEN NEW DAWN INVESTMENT TRUST announced the final entitlements, stating the cash option was oversubscribed and shareholders that elected (or are deemed to have elected) to receive DGN Shares will receive approximately 0.675514 DGN Shares per every ABERDEEN NEW DAWN INVESTMENT TRUST share held. The Acquisition was completed on November 8, 2023. Trading in shares of ABERDEEN NEW DAWN INVESTMENT TRUST was halted effective November 8, 2023. ABERDEEN NEW DAWN INVESTMENT TRUST will remain in the index at it’s last price until removal.

- The shares of ASIA DRAGON TRUST PLC (DGN.L) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
